Vineyard Wind has joined the legal battle against the Trump administration’s 90-day suspension of offshore wind projects in the US, filing for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.

A federal court has granted Equinor’s 810MW Empire Wind a preliminary injunction that allows project construction activities to resume.
