About me
If my customer is successful, I am successful!
For more than 10 years, I develop with my customers specific qualification programs. The focus areas are b-t-b sales and strategic purchasing.
Next to designing qualification programs, I conduct for my customers hands on trainings in international markets (i.e. China, Japan, Korea, USA, Mexico).
My deep expertise lies in:
- B-t-B sales (value selling / creating value)
- B-t-B negotiation (Harvard concept / 3D-Deal Design)
- virtual- / hybrid leadership
I constantly challenge myself by further qualifying myself with the latest leadership research (i.e. positive psychology / neuro-leadership / psychological safety)
My various qualifications for business coaching (Certificate of International Coaching Federation) and business training (Certificate as communication trainer) as well as keynote speaker help me to always have a professional approach for my customers.
Since 2018, my customers also engage me as consultant for organizational development to support their business transformation.
